While Thimphu, situated at 2,334 meters, is famously known as the world’s only capital city without traffic lights. Highlights of the journey include the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery in Paro, the majestic 51.5-meter Buddha Dordenma statue in Thimphu, Tashichho Dzong, the National Museum of Bhutan, and many more cultural treasures.

Entrance fees for monuments and festivals visits to be paid separately.

Day 3. Paro – Hike to the Tiger’s nest monastery (Taktsang) | 7 km | Hike: 4 hours.
